How much ashes do you need
About a teaspoonfull is enough for two pieces of jewellery, but its best to send a little more than not enough, i never waste any and what i dont use is returned to you with your order.
You can order a collection pack on here which contains a ring sizer if needed, a re sealable plastic bag for the ashes or hair and a strong padded envelope to send the ashes to me, there is a small charge to cover postage and the cost of the ring sizer, which you can keep.
pack A £3 is with a ring sizer and pack B £2 is without a ring sizer.
How long does it take to make my order
Once you have paid i will order in the jewellery item(s) in your size etc and then it usually takes about 7 to 10 working days to complete your order, if there are any delays i will let you know. I use Royal mail special delivery to return your order which is tracked and insured.
If you need something quickly please message me first to discuss if i can make it in time, i will do my best to accomodate special requests.
How do I find out my ring size?
If you live locally to me (OL10 Heywood Lanc's) i can check your ring size if you can call at my home, if you are not local i can send you a Collection pack which contains a ring sizer that you can keep, Please measure very carefully taking into account that ring sizes vary from day to day due to heat/cold etc,i recommend taking several measurements throughout a day and i always recommend going up one size for thicker band rings.
The pack also has a re sealable plastic bag for the ashes or hair and a strong padded envelope to send them to me, there is a small charge to cover the cost of postage and the ring sizer.
Otherwise you can go into your local jewellers who will be able to check your size.
