HOW TO ORDER

1.   When you are ready to place your order please add your choice to your basket, I will need to know your        colour choice from the colour charts in the photos with each item. and please let me know if you would like the ashes or hair to be visible or hidden, most people want to be able to see the tiny pieces of ashes or hair above the colour but some prefer to know that they are there but not see them.

​2. Please enter the name of your loved one (or the name of your lost Pet) in the text box so that i can send you a Certificate Of Authenticity, one certificate will be sent with each order, if any more are required please let me know in the text box. You can also add any other special requests in the text box.

3. if you live near me (Heywood Ol10 2 )  you can message me to arrange to drop off the ashes or hair, but if you are too far away please send a small amount of Precious Ashes or Hair to me, I will need about 1 teaspoonful for up to two jewellery items, if you dont have anything to put the ashes in you can order an ashes collection kit to be sent to you and a ring sizer if needed. There are further instructions on wrapping and sending ashes or hair in the About section.

4. Checkout and pay for your order, PLEASE NOTE  I only take bank transfers or Cash ( if you live nearby)  please transfer your payment to:-

5.   I will start to make your order once i have received the ashes or hair and i have received your payment, you can pay half and the balance when ready if required, please message me.

All orders need to be paid for before i order in your jewellery and make them up with inclusions.
