I have several sizes of heart, depending on the width of your shoe heel. The heart is Glued onto the underneath behind the heel, (see photo)  with epoxy glue,  i can do this for you or you can buy a 2 part epoxy glue at most DIY stores.
The hearts can be made in any colour, they are popular in blue, for your something blue.
