Returns & Refunds

What You Need to Know

All items are made with your inclusions (ashes or hair etc)   therefore i can not accept any returns unless an item is faulty.

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.
All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent to you and are photographed in perfect condition. Any damage that occurs to any item after you receive it is not our responsibility.

If you believe an item is faulty please contact me as soon as possible to dicuss the fault, i will do my best to help you.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is tracked and fully insured, in the event of Royal Mail losing a parcel i will submit a claim and will  reimburse you if and when i receive the compensation from Royal mail but i am unable to replace any ashes or other inclusions from lost jewellery.
